When we understand dying as a sacred process, this journey becomes more meaningful, purposeful and honoring to everyone involved. Common experiences of fear, pain and suffering are diminished providing a pathway for deeper intimacy, connection and renewal in our lives.

Professionally as a hospice nurse and personally in caring for my parents, I know the challenges of the dying process and the possibilities that exist beyond them. My work centers on helping to transform and enhance this experience for loved ones, caregivers, health professionals and those facing death.

When we can gaze into the eyes of someone dying no differently than the eyes of a newborn baby and realize the full spectrum of the miracle of life, humanity is uplifted. Within this potential, something larger lies before each and every one of us.

Thank you for visiting and many blessings.

Welcome to my home on the web. It is dedicated to empowering dying as a sacred experience. As you explore this window of perspective, may   you find insight, support and hope.

Take a moment to ponder this thought. If we tenderly cradle a tiny infant into this world why wouldn’t we also cradle that same precious life leaving this world?

The simple truth is that all life is universally connected through birth and death. We are born into unknown possibilities and pass away into unknown possibilities. Death is as normal a part of the cycle of life as birth. They both exist as a spiritual flow surrounded in their own mystery and grace. They both represent new beginnings and each of them come with extraordinary gifts and blessings.
